Explain to to her like you did to us (probably for the umpteenth time) then tell her your sorry and tell her that you'll be there when she feels she wants to see you. If after a few weeks she doesn't get back in touch then you know where you stand.

snoopers already have suspicions, that is why they snoop. she will take from it what she will. all you can do in these situations is tell the truth.
It already sounds like she has her version of the truth in her head already and the actual truth won't shake that.
I would do what others have suggested. Try one more time to explain the truth and explain to her you've been calling, etc... and that she refuses to listen.
Even if she does forgive you, this incident won't go away. Like one other poster said, she'll bring it up every now and then.
In all honesty, it may be better to end it with her and destroy that video. She seems like she'll carry on this snooping and probably will increase it due to the video if you two stay together.
I personally could not live with a snooper like that. Not that I'm hiding anything but I don't like the feeling of that I'm walking on eggshells.
