I just got told in another thread that Christianity was the truth and I will find out in the final judgement that I have made a mistake. Maybe not the exact words but the intent was clear.
Maybe you should read what Christ taught. Was he wrong?

One has to first decide to believe that there was a Christ that has left beliveable 'writings' of any kind.
That is still very much debatable.

I have and yes he was not the messiah, but a teacher who lived in an age of messianic hope.

He was Jew, who lived as a Jew and believed as a Jew and practiced as a Jew.

Of course, you know that I believe He is Messiah, but how I wish others understood this:

Yes I know you believe he was the messiah. What do you wish others understood. I am not clear there. Thank you for writing what?

Yeah me too. It seems like people need to completely separate what his reality was. I don't understand why....

Let me explain (you probably already know this, but): a lot of people think --
  • He went to church every Sunday morning
  • He led the three hymns and preached the sermon
  • He was a Christian
  • He ate ham sandwiches
  • He wrote the "new testament" in King James English
  • He wore a Rolex watch and an Armani suit

Wellll, a little stretch there, but many have no idea He is Jewish and Torah-observant.
