Yes this is Part 2, the debate starts here not in Part 1. Part 1 is some old man rambling and plugging media - introduction.
Also on a side note, I think it's great that these debates are taking place with formidable persons that ought to be taken more often here in the States. I am glad for online media for opening up the media from other parts of the world.
