She only retains the medical definition of virginity, and probably not even then. Most women in the western world manage to rid themselves of their hymen (if they even have enough of one to be rid of it) long before they actually have vaginally penetrative sex.
And only having had anal sex doesn't magically mean she's still a virgin. Genital sex is "having sex".
