Only people who have lost their minds through mental illness or substance abuse would get a pass of the commandment ``Do not kill `` , where as people who have their right mind and kill themselves may find God not in the afterlife .......... See people cannot repent after they commit suicide

Sin is described as that which separates a soul from God.
Once dead we are stuck in the spiritual state or condition we were in at death because its too late to make changes in our arrested life, spiritual retrocausality doesn't work after death.
The spiritual condition that causes suicide is about as far as a soul can get from God.
Yes, it is self murder, ego is the mortal enemy.
Ego hates God, it will kill the person rather than surrender, the implication is ego is sentient.
Its the evil within that Jesus alluded to when they asked him "from whence cometh evil".

Actually I realized how ultra important it was to listen to God--At Jesus baptism, God spoke from heaven( very rare occurrence) and stated-- This is my son, the beloved in whom I am well pleased-LISTEN TO HIM.
I did. I learned and applied his teachings and could then see clear. And it doesn't stop there. Jesus taught-- Man does not live by bread alone, but by EVERY utterance from God. Ot-NT year after year one still learns new points. And by discussing every utterance year after year, week after week in the congregation meeting, one learns-new points. Jesus meant everything he said. Few actually know what he taught.
I know my teachers listen to both God and Jesus. The world does not like the truth Jesus brought--Jesus, apostles, followers were all basically killed off--Not for teaching--Love,Peace,and unity, but for exposing all the wickedness on earth as well. Even Gods own chosen( Israel) were apostocised at that point= over 99% mislead--Noahs day--over 99% mislead, I believe these last days are the same.
