Silly question, based on an invalid idea. I hate these threads that people start and say, "Why won't/doesn't <XYZ Group> do <made-up thing>?" stating the "thing" as if it's a fact.

What is the point of this other than to start arguments?

I came to argue. That's why I waste my valuable time at discussion forums.
