It appears the CIA did not read Ezekiel 38. You see God loves it when His people are out numbered and out gunned. This is going to be a repeat of Pharoah and the Red Sea crossing all over again. God always puts the Jewish people in the worst position just before His judgement falls.
Ezekiel 38:18 This is what will happen in that day: When Gog attacks the land of Israel, my hot anger will be aroused, declares the Sovereigh LORD. In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. The fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the beast of the field, every creature that moves along the ground, and all the people on the face of the earth (WILL TREMBLE AT MY PRESENCE.)
Aside from whether this is all true or not,you have no moral qualms about a version of God who says He will swoop down and kill millions (billions?) of people?
It is also worth pointing out that,far from your POV being a mainline Christian stance accepted by all of Christianity and opposed solely by non Christians,yours is a fringe POV even within Christianity.Most of Christianity does not interpret the Bible as you are doing,and it is also a fact that the more well educated in the skills necessary to do proper research into the languages and history of the Bible they are,the less scholars agree with your view.It is the view largely of the uneducated fringe of Christianity that also gives it's dollars to televangelists in exchange for blessed hankies,attends faith healing services in which they are duped into believing that folks are being healed,and that believe that women were created from the rib of a man and that eating a forbidden fruit caused sin to enter the world.

Well, Sir Isaac Newton who lived about 300 years ago and was considered one of the greatest geniuses in all history, and the father of modern science, and the industrial revolution. Yet he did not believe the prophecies were B.S.
Newton spent years researching the Bible, and concluded that before the year 2060, we would see the nation of Israel reborn. We would see Jewish people from all over the earth returning to Israel. And we would see these last day Jews in control of Jerusalem. He also concluded, that their return would anger many nations around the earth. And it would finally bring about the last great war on the planet.
Now if the prophecies of the Bible were all B.S. How could Newton of been so accurate in his prediction? Especially when he made them over 250 years ago.

Millions and (billions) of people have rejected God. The Bible clearly tells us that God offers salvation to all. Yet most could care less about God and His salvation. If your going to ignore or rebel against God, don't expect a free pass into heaven. Jesus tells us. My sheep hear my voice, and they follow me. Jesus also tells us, that wide is the gate that leads to destruction, (AND MANY THERE BE) that enter it. Yet narrow is the way that leads to life. (AND FEW THERE BE THAT FIND IT.) Christ message is simple, it is man that ignores it, and confuses it. In fact, God tells us that the wisdom of this world is foolishness to Him. And He tells us he came to confuse the wise. He tells us to humble ourselves as little children. Those you call educated, are often moving in the oppsite direction of Christ clear teachings. And Scripture tells us, that as we get closer to Christ return, teachers will rise up and turn their ears away from the truth. The message I believe, has been spoken of from the beginning.
I have no idea what you are talking about sanspeur, and I don't think you do either. If I was pushing antisemitism I would be pushing for the destruction of Israel. I am telling you God is going to protect them from the future invading army. How do you get antisemitism out of that?

I think that's a stretch,sanspeur.He is saying God lets them get backed into a corner with no other hope except His deliverance before coming to their aid.
If you knew your Bible you would of understood my comment. If you recall how God led the Children of Israel to the Red Sea. With no escape, and Pharoah's army right behind them. Yet the Jews were saved, and Pharoah's army was destroyed.
