Is it possible to sin in heaven, and if not, are you a zombie there with no free will? Some have speculated that "you won't want to sin in heaven!!" which is nice wishful thinking, but since Satan "sinned" and was booted, obviously sin can happen there.
If you can't sin there, is it boring for eternity? How fun will it be to constantly sing and praise? Won't that get old after a few eons, and what exactly will you be praising for?

I believe sin happened in the old heavens and old earth. But I believe in the new heavens and new earth that God will not allow any sin anymore.

Well I don't think that sin is fun. I think sin maybe is fun in the short term (instant gratification), however it ultimately brings sorrow and pain. I also think we will be doing a lot more than just singing praises. I think we will have major responsibility...judging Angels, ruling over kingdoms, taking care of the new earth....who knows but I don't think it will be boring.

In a word, no. The temptations that we face as humans on earth will not be present in Heaven, therefore there's nothing to sin about. I think it sounds wonderful, no strife, no jealousy, no devil just to name a few. Imagine living where everyone is content, no one has pain or dies. You don't have to lose your loved ones, just live in glorious contentment with them. No one stealing from you or lying to you, no worrying about protecting your children from pedophiles(sp?), or being raped or used or killed or, I could go on and on. Sounds pretty great to me!

Bunky, the title does not mean anything other than how long they have been a member and how many messages they have written. In this case there is no such leash and no such responsibilities aside from whatever we feel self-motivated to perform.

Sounds pretty boring to me. So, let me get this straight, all the things that the Bible says I'm not allowed to do on Earth I won't be able to do in heaven? Man, that sounds like a load of fun.

I thought you are atheist and don't believe in Heaven.

I am ILNC, I was just stating that the whole view of heaven in my opinion sounds rather boring. It's just more reason not to believe in the whole farce of heaven and hell and god and the devil.
