I was One of the Brethern 2 times. In 1977-80 and again 2000-2001. I adore them and would love to be one of them again They are the only group on earth that is of God
does any body believe in justice any more? do you believe the lies on tv?how can you eat up all the slander like its candy,then jump in with some of your own rage and hurtful remarks?what if someone posted a bunch of lies about you and your friends on the intrnet, how would that make you feel?"you reap what you sow"(....and dont even know), i pray you can bridle your tongue,and be humble...we need to love more in this world not hate, now whos side are you on?
I' m doing a research project on The Brethren for my psychology class. Where can I find more info about people who actually KNOW about the group? Not just some closed minded person who's convinced this is a cult, with NO information. HELP please!?
I'm a former disciple of one of the brethren-anyone interested in knowing about my experience and /or their beliefs,I would be happy to share what I know.I am no longer associated w/the brethren,broke it off back in 1984.Thank you to everyone interested.Please don't condemn those who have veered off into this type of non-conventional extremism-it usually only makes people even more prone to turn away from the people who really matter in their lives.
