Sin -Blessings -Prophecy - Holy Spirit .. I used one in the late 60's. I haven't used one of that type since.

But any good STUDY bible will provide massive amounts of information for you to learn.

For serious Bible study it is an absolute MUST to use Strongs Exhaustive Concordence.

With that reference book you can look up the ORIGINAL Hebrew word (used) or the orignal Greek word (used) and find out the exact meanings.

The bible is not meant to be read like a regular book. (Start reading and keep advancing). NOPE!! Over & Over again the bible says certain things many times; ;It never says something just once- there are always other references to draw more info from. My point is: - Search as for hidden treasure Proverbs 2 - dwell and meditate on certain verses. Each verse is "pregnant" with meaning(s).

I have always asked people this simple question - How do you know?? What that pastor - priest - person is telling you as the truth IS THE TRUTH? How can we tell? How can we know? There is only one way to know. YOU MUST first LEARN that book - The entire bible cover to cover can be read in about 40 hours by the average person! The entire New Testament is the equivalent of a 275 page book - I can read that in about three or four days easily! I keep reading books until I have them all firmly planted in my heart THEN when someone opens their mouth - if they contradict the bible THEN ITS SIMPLE - they are NOT SPEAKING the truth!

Pretty presumptive of you to think the Bible is the only truth. Very presumptive of you to think everyone should base their lives, thoughts, and actions on the Bible. Extremely presumptive on your part to think the Bible should be the final arbiter of the law in a secular representative republic.
