Lust...nobody really knows what that means but we assume it's wanting or desiring something, usually sex, in an obsessive way. Pretty much everyone. We ARE animals after all.
Jesus would certainly tell you to act upon your feelings, so no it is not a sin, in fact homosexuality is not a sin either. Jesus is totally cool with it.
So if he hates it so much, why did God create homosexuality and cause some people to be "afflicted" by it? There are plenty of examples of homosexuality naturally occurring throughout the animal kingdom.
We are not animals, we are uniquely created by God to have dominion over the earth and animals.. God created us with free will. We choose to sin, God doesn't cause us to sin.
