Bishop John Michael Botean is one of the few bishops that actual takes a active stand against the evil of war.
He is a super down to earth friendly guy, I got to meet him when we were protesting against war and nuclear weapons when the bishops were meeting at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore.

This issue is not talked about enough, so much has been said and written about the Sex Abuse and Cover Up and rightfully so but this deserves just as much attention.
Take a good look at the history of religion and see how divisive it really is, it's been the cause of more wars than any other reason, whether it be Christian, Hebrew, Judaism, or Islam. A religious belief pits one group against another because one group believes they are better than the others and that their god or deity will demand total belief, thereby eliminating any freedom for one to think for themselves and to make your own choice. Religion is intolerant of any others who do not believe the same as the believers do and because of that the others have to be exterminated, and yet all these different religions will tell you that they are the religion of peace and tolerance but only for those who believe as they do. Ironic isn't it...

Correct. Most wars are about money or wanting something that someone else has. Religion or religious beliefs are the excuse for war, used by those in power to drum up support for their wars.
Jesus was against violance, and warfare..and slaughtering people..or Sacrificing them ...saying they protect our bent way of life...so it can continue on in sin..and evil....while the prophets are slaughtered for false Profits...in this day and age....calling em criminals, warlords, terrorists, insergents, savages,...and or painting em so....just so the commandment "Thou shall not Murder" continues to be broken....and hence so do all the others...when we find the first and second commandments are also broken by the system that is being utilized and promoted as Demorcacy...which is a Hypocrisy....There is no freedom as they say..in a system that makes you pay for your life, and for sure death....when God said I give you everything.....something has come between that given estate and You and me and them...to make us pay for it instead....saying they give us rights and constitutional con Jobs?...who are they, that they have say over me, or you, or them?....If we follow God and his word and will...there is no other to need or put in that placement as Government.....Jesus said those who do his will, shall enter....those who do not do, will not enter...and cannot enter...for how does one enter, what has not been made by the one or the many?....and God said it in the Beginning..."Tend and Keep the Garden"...share...Give like God Gives...be good ...do Good!....and in that it is accomplished..Climatization of the world occurs in a natural way.....Not by sword, or sin or evil...as these things continue death along in time, when death could be forgotten and passed away with...and the wages they pay out..is a IDOL told not to have..(to keep us in sin breaking the second commandment continually)..and so how does one fulfill sinlessly if caught up in this sort of forced boxed state of mind?...."Stand out of her sins My People, So you do no ttake part in her plagues and woes".....Who are God's people?...are we not all God's people?....Should this ideal not be in everyones mind to do the greator Good for all LIVING THINGS GOD MADE GOOD...instead of , for the few (one race)...or the one( selfishness)....ALL Life Has the Promise of Forgiveness of sins, when they stop sinning and comply to the Lord...THE MESSAGE....it is not just for Humans in sin...but for the whole EARTH...and the world we make in sin for sin and evil will be delt with by God..for the greator good of all....because Humans cannot do what God said to do...even though Jesus proved it could be done!...they forgotten the lesson taught!
So a Bishop tooting the same old same old message....is futile when uttered to those who do not care to listen! or DO, and he has not done himself..if he has money in his pocket and uses it..he is tied to sin like the rest......and that is still the problem with human unkind...."they worship me with their lips, but do not do the will, nor fulfill the word"....Why?...something out of order with a plant.(put it back where it belongs sinlessly and leave it alone (Solves that problem )..and a IDOL and a means to make have and have nots so war is a constant upon the divided it causes or makes....Not giving, not sharing...not caring for the whole Earth...but their selfish self in some bent and false ideal of wealth...in complete opposite states....which without those other living things tending to the Earth...would have no value...and really it never really is of any value in truth...Just a delusion ....it is a false value system...and so with this second Commandment of God...in mind...we see the destruction of the Earth and many living things because of it..and its use...and people subjecting all things to that idol...and it just does not work....cause there is too much sin and evil done for it....by it , to get it....a men?
And the Bishop does not speak these words of wisdom...although Jesus did...and he showed em all..by kicking that IDOL...out of his fathers house!....wonder why?....so as long as people hold money and or an IDOL near and dear....chaos will be in the world they make with it....accedentals, collisions, woe, and wrath.....
Bishop needs to fulfill first...then show the results....find a few good men and women who will not only believe, but do...and then show the resulting factors as proof..to win more over...so it is done completely by all..or most..and that is what Jesus was doing...until the system snuffed him out...or so they thought!.
Bishop speaking on that matter of IDOLATRY and what sins and evils are attached to it yet?....No?...wonder why?...SOLOMAN knows!
There is no benefit to wars, murder, and human sacrifice....absolutely none!...and we are just finding that out.?..or do we need more wrath and woes and pestilences to plague the planet?...the more blood is shed in this manner, or any other...the more woes and wrath come about!....And that is now showing signs of meritable truth here and now in this reality for their bent behavior in being evil and sinful continually...using lies and liars to gain support for them wars and attrosities to take place like clock work..and then thank the people who support them for their sacrifices???..YEP...as the wrath comes more and more into view on them or their supports?....YEP....eh?...and what they thought they would gain...they are now paying for in a very hard to swallow way, and losing everything they thought they owned...by false means or measure..and their monuments smashed down continually...so they can reap the profits by way of slight of hand..in making it so........oh they say they will rebuild it, and some may get insurance for the loss....But it is never the same!...and while rebuilding the monument of death for dollars sake...they want more blood as a sacrifice...and who provides that sacrifice....the supports!
And that is what is lost...by going to war....it changes both sides of the equation..and solves nothing!...but in some peoples eyes...the blood is oil..and oil is money...and money is what they want...so let em die for it...better yet give em a reason to die...so they can suck it up afterwards..and sell it to you for a price, to pollute the planet more and more....Yah baby!!...and why do you think they do this.???..to wipe out most of the pesant population, so they can take charge...and make everyone pay....why?....Yep IDOLATRY!...Did you not read the commandments of God..?.not to make or have this engraven thing (anything engraven) made more important than God....and so who is doing just that?....surely the supporters are the users.....$$$$$$,,,the industrial madness has just begun....soon all life will be in Jepoardy...and that is already being put on the table by enviromentalists around the world...and the governing bodies turn away and continue to do what they profit from....which is killing the planet...and all who buy and sell..are partners in that crime....so what is Evl if not that?.....and you say benefit?...Yah right.
