Atheists need to crusade for atheism less. Trying to beat the religion out of people has resulted in atheism have more blood on their hands than any other religious ideology. The USSR and People's Republic of China combine for absolutely insane numbers of mass-murders. Atheists who approach their denial of God's existence like it's the Spanish Inquisition are a terrifying plague to society.

My advice: Try to keep the anti-religious fervor and zeal in check.
North Korea is NOT non-religious. It simply follows the religious cult of the *dear leader* rather than Christianity or Islam or Hinduism or Buddhism.

Marxism is built on the premise that all religion was created to enslave humanity, is inherently corrupt and must be destroyed.

Humans are religious by nature. It's deeply ingrained in us. And there will always be some power-hungry megalomaniac who will exploit that human trait.

North Korea is just a glimpse into any hypothetical future where extremely militant and aggressive atheism successfully eradicates all religion. Religion in a different for will recreate itself and humankind will be no better off. Probably worse off actually.

Actually you are wrong ...Approximately 46% of people in North Korea are religious...No government can eradicate religion.

Now I don't see as likely as Maexism has had its day and really failed to deliver. North Korea is not,as you would like it to be, evidence of what happens if atheism is allowed to dominate, but what you get if one party rule persists and a cult of supreme dictator becomes almost a Roman -style divine emperor. In fact, that is what we now have in N. Korea.
