I don't know about plain iced coffee, but give me one of those Mocha Moolattes with a double shot of expresso from Dairy Queen and I am pumping for a while! Those things are so good and have quite a kick to 'em .

Oh yeah those are good, about 1000 calories and the kick is from the sugar.

Ok, so maybe coffee is a little more than mildly addicting. I do get a major headache if I don't have it but it wakes me right up and I like the taste and smell of a good cup of coffee.

No, it's got to be black. I could tolerate cream but sugar ruins it.

Ahhhhh! I momentarily forgot that little "Montana detail!"

P.S. Try iced coffee. You might like it. We'll both become converts!

I quit caffiene for my first three. The last two were junkies. And I must admit, they are both a little "different".

My brother just found out his red blood cells are enlarged. There are only 2 reasons for this, lack of B-12 or lack of oxygen. He has plenty of B-12 so he quit smoking cold turkey today!!!

I called him because I had never heard of this in all my many, many years of blood work...

Tas, I think he has done the right thing..He needs to add some breathing exercises, if he hasn't..Deeep breaths to bring oxygen into the body and deeep exhalations to remove the carbon dioxide..Let us know how he does on the cold turkey program
