As a mere agnostic mortal, some of the concepts that men have presented me are truly terrifying. These sorts of concepts are one of them.

Personally, I don't think Jesus cares an iota whether anyone believes in him or not.

So, no - it's no sin to not believe in Jesus.

I don't recall Jesus ever saying that. If anybody else does, they aren't in a position to speak for him...assuming he even existed, or did so in the way the NT has it. Interesting that the savior of all mankind didn't write his own gospel, and much of the NT was written well after he died. I'm not saying it isn't true, but I can't swear on a Bible it is.

John 14:6-6Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.7If you really know me, you will know#
14:7Some manuscripts If you really knew me, you would know

my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”

'I can't swear on a Bible'...very cute.

What Trout said. And, please don't believe anyone saying stuff like you're
not going to Heaven if you don't believe in Jesus. Dear God, these fear mongers that
interpret the Bible the way they do.
I follow Jesus' advice...what we have of it...very much, by choice.
Thomas didn't believe, big deal.
If you haven't seen Jesus I see no reason for you to believe in him.

But I must say after realizing he had it ' goin on'..and deciding to try what he said...
What he said works, for me, "here", making life so much more pleasant and easier.
He gave good advice or instructions for us to have an abundant life.

If they don't go to the Father, where do they go?

Furthermore, is it possible to go through Jesus *after* death?

Ah, that's the one...the most misinterpreted sentence in the Bible.
The one that has caused so much division and one upmanship.

There is a follow thru with thought that many miss.
So they lay this black and white rigid belief on so many and turn so many
away with their fear, thru lack of delving deeper into it's meaning....if he ever even said it or
that way.

Now watch, someone will be appalled that I questioned their literal interpretation
they have been led to believe.
Sorry, guys dive deeper.

You might like to read the famous NDE then of Howard Storm...then his you tubes.
A self acclaimed mean guy and atheist...what an NDE...read it first tho.
Ha, an atheist that is saved by Jesus in his NDE!
An inspiring piece.

Don't know but try NDERF Home Page .

Yes. If you don't believe in Jesus, you have to pay the penalty for your own sin against an infinitely holy, just, and wrathful God.

Is not believing in Jesus really an unforgivable sin?
Yes, but so is not believing in Allah. And so is not believing exclusively in Jesus and Allah, so you are screwed no matter which you choose.
