servant leadership is leadership by example. Jesus Christ, the greatest leader of all said : "I did not come to be served, but to serve".

Neither.
I consider myself a leader without followers or a follower with no leader. It just means that I hate to lead, but I also hate to follow.
Most people just call me 'difficult' because I like to do things my own way.

I'm reminded of the politician who in his Limmo speeding past the workers spilling out of the factory gates in a very tired dirty condition saying "they are the leaders of this nation".

I respect those that have no wish to lead or follow but just do their best during their lifetime out of vocation.
