99.5% of agreeing on something doesn't make it true ... or does it?
All but 0.01% of them are American. Hmm... funny, that. Do you think American scientists have some bit of information no one else has? Or, more likely, there is an awful lot of cutural[sic] bias at play here given America's embarrassingly abundant environmentalism.
It's interesting that David Legates is a member of the Creationists Evangelical Cornwall Alliance. BTW, the graphic you presented is based on an article that has been soundly rebutted: http://link.springer.com/article/10....191-013-9608-3
I wonder if David Legates also denies Evolution?
A number of 'scientists' eg Roy Spencer, David Legates and others like Ross McKitrick (economist) - who are deniers or 'skeptics' of AGW are signatories to the Conservative Christian Cornwall Alliance "Evangelical Declaration on Global Warming" which states:
"We believe Earth and its ecosystems – created by God’s intelligent design and infinite power and sustained by His faithful providence – are robust, resilient, self-regulating, and self-correcting, admirably suited for human flourishing, and displaying His glory. Earth’s climate system is no exception. Recent global warming is one of many natural cycles of warming and cooling in geologic history"
"We call on our fellow Christians to practice creation stewardship out of Biblical conviction, adoration for our Creator, and love for our fellow man—especially the poor.
We call on Christian leaders to understand the truth about climate change and embrace Biblical thinking..."
"Earth and all its subsystems—of land, sea, and air, living and nonliving—are the good products of the wise design and omnipotent acts of the infinite, eternal, and unchangeable Triune God of the Bible. As such they reveal God’s glory. Mankind, created in God’s image, is the crown of creation.
Human beings have the divine mandate to multiply and to fill, subdue, and rule the Earth, transforming it from wilderness into garden. They act as stewards under God to cultivate and guard what they subdue and rule. Calling them to be His vicegerents over the Earth, God requires obedience to His laws—in Scripture and imprinted in the human conscience—in their stewardship.
Although sin, universal among mankind, deeply mars this stewardship, God’s redemptive act in Jesus Christ’s death on the cross and His instructive activity through Scripture, communicating the nature of creation and human responsibility for it, enable people to create wealth and decrease poverty at the same time that they pursue creation stewardship and, even more important, the true spiritual wealth of knowing their Creator through Jesus Christ.
The Biblical worldview contrasts sharply with the environmentalist worldview—whether secular or religious—in many significant ways..."
evolutionist scientists have this wheel they spin - the number comes into the billions of years. then they make a gadget that measures these rocks and comes up with the same figure. There is your proof they assert.
show me how you go back thousands of millions of years and enter billions of years. Show me how that is done (Accurately)
I see said the blind man.. and the man with no legs ran away!

Grave errors -
Do you have a secret Bible code to support your assertion?
From Creationists who say "radioactive dating is so shrouded with mystery"? LOL!
The "fatal flaw" is the lack of understanding of radiometric dating by those Creationists.
Oh..pardon me - I will find another source out of the millions available from a non-creationist view.
Will that suffice ?? Or is your game plan to just shoot the messenger?
Ages determined by radioactive decay are always subject to assumptions about original concentrations of the isotopes.
More guess work.
To the intriguing question "How old is the Earth?" we can of course only provide models and model calculations based on the best data we can get. While there are numerous natural processes that can serve as clocks, there are also many natural processes that can reset or scramble these time-dependent processes and introduce uncertainties.
More guess work.

Of course , that is why they have the margin of error.
Creationist all got F's in science. Science is based on proof and religion is based on faith. Faith is just that a belief not supported by fact. There is no truth in religion, in any Jesus, in any bible, in any god as those are human constructs built from ignorance, before science explained the world around us. Rejecting science is a rejection of reality and embracing religion is the acceptance of pure fantasy. Religion allowed slavery as the 'facts' of its day said god approved. Religion begot the crusades which murderd hundreds of non-beleivers in the name of god. The Twin Towers fell, the KKK lynched men of color and Arizona christians wanted the right to treat others like second-class citizens all for the same reason: Fanatical, blind adherence to religion. More people have died in the name of god, more hatred exists because of some alleged god. Mayabe the world should let go of this silly notion of The Creator, The Way, The Holy One and instead focus on what makes us all human and what we have in common, because we will never all beleive the same thing and those who think that their way is the only way are the ones who need to be called out and made to answer for the bigotry and hatred still prevalent in the world today. Creationists are willfully ignorant, so clearly from the assinine stupidity on the precedeing thread. It is had to imagine the kind of individuals who are pridefully dumb and reject any and all rational proven science simply because it would only prove their notion of god to be wrong. There is no god. Get over it. But just stop forcing ignorance and fantasy on those who know better. It is just plain rude and everyone is getting tired of the God Squad.
