Yes. Years ago I made friends with a woman from Taiwan and invited her to a party we had at our house. This was long before the average American had heard of Feng Shui. When she walked in the door she said something along the lines of, "What wonderful Feng Shui this house has!" She was thrilled. We had no idea what she was talking about. She told us about Feng Shui and talked about how the door and window and wall placement was all correct. (The only conscious choice we'd made was an east facing front door which we'd learned from the Navajos.)
Turns out we had done many things according to Feng Shui principles including the placement of plants, a fireplace, and putting a water feature by the front door. Does Feng Shui work? I don't think it's a magic formula but I can tell you everyone loved that house. It was common for people to walk in and say, "What a great house!" It had especially wonderful vibes. (I think some of it was because it was occupied by a very happy, loving family. )

Do not put much stock in it at all no. However like most woo and nonsense constructs, there are some truths at the centre of it. The placement of furniture and windows can have effects that are beneficial like.... decluttering..... or letting in more light through south facing windows..... and other useful and healthy things.
But like many things, some simple truths are packed into the core and then a whole (usually money making) construct of complete nonsense built up around it.
