He does when he starts posting on Facebook about his noble fight against the War on Christianity[tm]. This is clearly a politically motivated prosecution (or religiously motivated - with the extreme Christian right it is hard to tell the difference).
You mean to tell me a person that robs a bank and their picture is clear as day from security cameras because the guy wasn't smart enough to wear disguise can't be convicted ? You mean to tell me they can only be charged ?
