None that I ever took seriously. Heart in these cases is being used as a metaphor for the part of the brain which generates emotions. The heart pumps blood, it does not think.
I know that and you know that but they do talk about it as a source of emotion and receptor for feelings

In addition, "heart belief" is often promoted as superior to "head belief", the latter being insufficient to impress the deity. "Heart belief" is more or less synonymous with "true belief". Of course heart belief is a complete fabrication given that belief is acceptance of a statement being true or that something exists, and a valid determination of that kind can only be made using one's mind -- not by closing your eyes tightly, wishing up on a star and clicking your heels together three times.
Evangelicals generally see the mind as getting in the way of faith / "heart belief" / genuine god-pleasing belief. It is telling that "head belief" or "mental assent" is seen as deficient and lacking "something more" that is needed to please god, when in fact the mind is the only tool that can possibly determine if a belief is justified. Notice I did not say that the mind is the only tool that can possibly make you feel goose bumps or excitement about something; I simply said that goose bumps or excitement don't prove the veracity of anything. Nor does "truthiness", conformity to approved doctrine, or the thousand other things believers want to put ahead of actual determination of facts.
I see no evidence to suggest that beliefs in the supernatural are anything besides being brain based and not connected to any reality. Humans have all sorts of thoughts that are not based in reality, why should religious beliefs be any different? This explains why there are so many conflicting religions and beliefs surrounding them and also why there is such a variety in the beliefs. Beliefs that are manufactured by human brains and imaginations. Anyone want to agree or disagree?
Disagree and you have my sincerest sympathy not knowing God. The good news is that you have the free will to make that choice, not to know, not to understand.

And you have the free will to be absolutely wrong about just about everything.

Leaving the 'biggie' out of this, what do think not knowing god deprives me of that causes you to feel sympathy for me?
Or is it that the 'biggie', eternal life, is all I'm missing?
Last night when I was sleeping I woke up with a pain in my legs , So I prayed to bind the demons spirit up and caste them down in Jesus name ..................With in two minutes I felt a small vibration of release and the pain in my legs had gone , as God answer my prayer ,............... which was Not brain based conjecture of ideas but a physical release of pain caused by celestial being demons , and God rip the demons out .................See unbelievers can make up all the unbelief ideas which they do but I do not agree , as to Know God and His promises is in the Know beyond belief
Yeah I wondered the same thing, in fact the topic heading has caused me to avoid this thread until today when I finally decided to have a look. I think it was just a clumsy way of saying that it belief in the supernatural is concocted between the ears and not grounded in reality. A better and clearer title would have been "Faith based supernatural beliefs are not anchored in any sort of empirical shared reality".
Yes, that probably would have been a better title for the thread.

You had a leg cramp and it........just went away?
Wow. That is so far outside of human experience that it could only be the miraculous hand of a deity intervening to relieve you.
I couldn't find my car keys the other day, they were not where I usually kept them. I spent five minutes searching for them, getting more and more anxious, when.....God intervened and made them appear magically in my back pocket!!!
Praise the Lord!!!!
