Rabbi Jonathan Sacks former Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth.. The quote comes from an interview about his newest book "Not In God's Name." at the 3:00 minute mark, but the whole interview is wonderfully interesting.
Whaddya know. The Onion gets it right - unintentionally. Like they say, (Poe's law?) there is no spoof so crazy that it looks more whacky than some of the genuine stuff we get.

Sounds like the media onion are under the authority with the spirit of the false prophet ....Then Rabbi Jonathan says Atheist are a challenge to The religious , which is not a good thing to say

Atheists clearly do have a purpose. Since we reject the premise that the universe was created by a god we have to have other ideas about it. Inquisitive minds lead to new discoveries.
