Heaven Is For Real, the 2014 faith-based movie inspired by Pastor Todd Burpo’s bestselling book of the same name, was a sleeper hit for TriStar/Sony, grossing more than $100 million on a $12 million budget. Now Sony Pictures TV has put together a Heaven Is For Real drama series project, which has been set up at NBC.

I'd think a bible-believer would be even more interested in a kid's vision: "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
