Everyone should pay Taxes, including Churches. They all are scamming the rest of us Taxpayers.

Yes they are. At least some of them. There are smaller churches who probably couldn't pay anything in taxes without undue burden on them, but the larger churches are businesses, and should be taxed accordingly. Maybe that would stop all of their frivolous spending so they could focus on helping others. On the other hand, it is more likely that most of them would just stop helping others. I mean, paying your pastor enough to drive a Caddy is more important. Having that new basketball floor put in is more important. Right?

Secular humanism is not atheism.
BOTH Atheism and Secular Humanism have been ruled to be Religions by the Government...through the Federal Court and the Supreme Court. Two different cases.
Religion as Religion gets, either way you wanna put it. But I already knew that.
Are ya happy now?

So, are you truly surprised a theist might, er, to be kind, be economical with the truth?

You see it being debated here in open forum...do you think we are debating about cases that don't exist?
Google: "Court Rules Atheism A Religion"
Educate yourself from there.
The normal manner is for those that make an assertion, post the citations.

Are you suggesting you should be exempt from this?

Federal govt finally gave the scientology church legal status and case won in court. Church is now tax exempt. You can thank govt for that as once faced with a lawsuit they backed off. Guess they find it easier to go after the small fry like you and I.

Boy, you're either desperate or obtuse.

Preambles are not part of a resolution, and resolutions are not laws. All that was, was a procedural motion allowing a president to make a declaration.

It is no different than resolutions allowing a mayor to make a declaration of a "Gay Pride" day. Same poop, different pile.

So, where is your citation that atheism is a religion?
