Humans follow because they have the free will to do so. If they do not want to follow then they should be emotionally strong enough not to follow and mature enough to stand by their decision.

Yes, much organized religion is essentially a mask for political agendas. Essentially, it's institutionalized bullying by people who claim to speak for the god(s) who supposedly control(s) the universe.

They are the same thing.
People sometimes claim there's a difference between dogma and "genuine" revelation, but there's not. There is no revelation, only "faith, belief, spirituality" ... which is just believing asserted things without a requirement of substantiating evidence or logical argument. And the assertions come from people too.

I wouldn't lump all rich people together because even within that group, there are those who are richer than others.
Language is the wall that separates those who want to be separated and that usually belongs to the better educated who may be rich.
