I have never heard of them calling, but If I did, I would share my faith about Jesus with them!! I would not be upset or fuss at them, that would be disrespectful.
I didn't ask you to call, your invading my privacy, thats a harassing phone call.
I'm with you on this one! I have not received any such calls from religious groups, but I, too, see it as invasion of privacy, unwelcome, and therefore relieving me of any obligation to talk to the person on the other end of the line.

Yea, I'm with both of you, I'm just the type of person who really hates to disrespet people. And the way I see, if they come to my door, or call me, I feel that, I hope I do not offend anyone, but a false religion, or a cult. So, that is why I would take the time to witness to them. And once again, I don't mean to offend anyone, this is just my opinion.

Nobody ever tried converting me by telephone but I do receive calls from people trying to sell me things. Ability to hang up or not, it's definitely annoying.
Personally, I think it's so much more fun to talk to them at the door.
It is...but only for short periods of time. I'm not sure why, but I always have trouble with their refusing to acknowledge that I happen to have a religion...and it isn't theirs. (That's probably just me!)

When my kids were younger, it was always fun to just hand the phone to the 3 year old and tell her to say "Hi".
I'm not bothered by jw's, mormons, or otherwise coming to my door. In fact, I've been known to walk with 'em as they visit the neighbors, handing out my own material at the same time.
I'd probably give them a dirty sexy phone call until they hung up and never called again.
