Lost any decent discussion points, so the need is to denigrate, is it now? How intellectual of you.
No, private business could not decide who to do business with if that decision involved those things that are considered discriminatory.
Of course if I only accept cash, I can discriminate against the credit card customer. But his religion, sexual orientation or race doesn't matter. I can't decide not to accept his cash because he is Chinese. Or bi-sexual.

I know, public businesses have been targeted quietly since the 60s when big government removed the right to refuse service. They used race as a reason, but that was just the thin end of the wedge we are seeing hammered further in.

Got any white sheets in your closet -- with strategically-placed holes?
And you draw the line at 65 why?
See STI rates in The Villages in Florida. Most of those residents also portend to be religious.
Under 65 are "great" potential customers...66+ are "good" potential customers. The elderly are less computer literate, many infirm and/or living in nursing homes, thus they get out less, along with other similar factors that make them less viable as potential patrons.
Though...porn has incredible appeal and market saturation across all demographics...most dig it, a lot!

Back to the subject at hand... it's good to see that the Courts are ruling that everyone is equal. What is sad is that so many want to suggest there has to be exceptions, or trying to find ways around equality and justifying the same.
It goes both ways.
Most States STILL let businesses choose. The case you note is just that one case. Claims that the story is over is not true at all.

We all know that is just a matter of one law suit for that to be reversed. It must be election year in Mississippi.
No...we DON'T "all *know* that"...and neither do you. That is a lie.
The point is...claims that any person can shop anywhere, and company owners cannot legally choose not to transact business based on Religious Beliefs, is not true. It depends on the jurisdiction. The story is far from the end.
I felt I needed to educate myself further on the matter...and I gained accurate knowledge. So now I write from that position.
Want to apologize, or is running off at the pie hole something you will continue to do?
You say, "we all *know*"...it will be reversed with one lawsuit.
We can wish, we can hope, we can speculate, how it will turn out...be we don't KNOW.
I'm sure there will be plenty of legal wrangling.
What I say is truth...what you said is a lie. "We all" don't KNOW, what you claim "we all" know...about it being reversed on one suit. It might be...but "we all" have no way of knowing for sure.
I have nothing to apologize for. My statements were true...yours were not.
