Like the Minnesota cabbies that were ordered to take passengers with alcohol or get new jobs? Or are you referring to businesses making accommodations for Muslims workers?

The cabbies were told that they had to work, the flight attendant ended up bing fired. In the examples you gave the business decided to accommodate their employee but the customer was still served. If the customer was refused service by the business then it would be exactly the same as the bakery. So instead of creeping Sharia law we should go back to discimation by Christian majority?

Yes, in some individuals, they can be. Of course, the same principal applies to atheists, buddhists, moslems, taoists, shintoists, hindus, jews.... .

My guess is that the lady who was broken down by the side of the road lacks the energy or resources to sue the tow truck driver or his company, but I hope someone will take up her cause pro bono and convince her to do so, because people like this should be made an example of.
The tow truck driver, though a jerk, did not discriminate. "Political belief" is not a potected class. Race, religion, and in some states, sexual orientation is. As such, he has no legal obligation to provide her service. He might face a penalty with his license though.

He did discriminate. He did nothing illegal though. It does not need to be illegal for it to be discrimination otherwise discrimination differs state by state. Yes he is a jerk.

But I have yet to hear about atheists, buddhists, moslems, taoists, shintoists, hindus, jews.... leaving a disabled person on the road side to fend for themselves?

Muslim cab drivers frequently and regularly leave blind and handicapped people on the road side to fend for themselves, because they refuse to allow handicapped people with service animals to ride in their cabs. here are some links
