That's fascinating. I'd never heard this until now.

What an educational experience C-D is.

I'd never heard of that either. I haven't cross checked the internet source (which is why I said "apparently"). Too lazy!

No and the Irish monks may have nit been there when the Norse arrived as many do not think the Irish tried to colonized but made periodical visits to the island. I think it was late ninth century that the Norse arrived. The early days were recorded century later but kept alive between times in an oral tradition. Part history, part legend part fantasy and who knows how much people like Snorri Snorrison had changed the oral stories.

No...the WHOLE WORLD.
Not just cherry-picked low population areas...like you continually note.
But I know why you do that: Your obsessive and all-consuming hatred for anything at all "God" related has you searching for anything that might mitigate your angst over the world being mostly (and becoming more so) what you agonize that it is.

If you think Iceland is irrelevant on the world stage, you must have missed the impacts and stresses it had on the European banking system during the financial crisis of 2008-10 and the more recent revelations in the Panamanian Papers.

How can one hate an entity one doesn't believe exists? Your too common canard carries no weight.

Iceland is squat to the total...small to medium size cities have more people.

Why don't you tell me how you can hate so much that you spend incredible amount of precious hours of your life CONSTANTLY going off on every aspect of what you don't believe exists.
I have no idea how one is plagued by that kind of mindset...very few are that obtuse. But it sure is fully evident that you are...so you must have some kinda answer.

Best to pay GR no attention. He is the real Loser here. He has been debunked time and again, over the 'God = Everything' semantic trick (Mystic is too smart to be caught), over the US Govt can't interfere in State religious matters and over the 'is Christianity winning or not?' argument.

So he has nothing but attacks and accusations. I can guess why he does it and I feel rather sorry for him.
