Gone are virtually all the old testament chapters, A few of the myths are kept, but are discussed as mythology in terms of morals and teachings. Some of the proverbs are kept, but many by Buddha, Confuscious, even Ben Franklin have been added.
Of the New Testament, gone are the gospels of Matthew Mark and most of Luke. John is kept, with a disclaimer about the era in which is was written and the authorship. The New Testament now includes the Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ.
Gone are all of Paul's writings, except for Corinthians 13 on Love.
The Third Testament as we call it includes teachings by Muhammed, Buddha, Ghandi and several short letters written post early century by various sages and saints. The idea is to encompass a spirituality, without the legalism of religions, into the 21st century. Gone are myths of Jesus return, of a hateful god, and of creationism and salvation, replaced by logic, reason, love peace and enlightenment.
Humanity has been needing better scripture for centuries now.
Perhaps a Noble prize should await the CAT for solving this problem?
Thomas Jefferson thought of redacting the Bible's less credible bits a couple of centuries ago, although he didn't add to it. The result of course was the so-called "Jefferson Bible".

Spirituality is a pretty fast and loose term. It might as well mean nothing most of the time. "I'm spiritual. I don't do anything, I just believe there's a higher power...maybe". Many people use the term to absolve themselves of any religious obligations or inconveniences. I would ask what the point of spirituality is if it does not produce fruits that impact the world, but once it accomplishes that crop we have the makings of a religion once again - with all the systematic practices that accompany it. It seems a bit circular, if we expect any good to come of it.
So why even be spiritual?
P.S. I like that you removed Paul, but get rid of the Gospel of John while you're at it heh heh. Jesus as metaphysical philosopher never worked for me (not to mention the extreme anti-semitism of that particular Gospel).
Hebrew Bible (Old Testament) - don't thrown out Qoheleth (Ecclesiastes) or Job! They help your cause immensely, if read in the spirit they were written. Song of Songs is one of the world's best erotic love poetry collections.
