Daniel
8Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength. 9Yet heard I the voice of his words: and when I heard the voice of his words, then was I in a deep sleep on my face, and my face toward the ground.

10And, behold, an hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and upon the palms of my hands

An angel came and he had no strength, if God came he would be dead.

I would ask if he is hungry or thirsty and what he would like to have to eat and drink.

Well, if I am wrong, yet I still try to live my life through the words of Christ, or at the very minimum at least acknowledge that what is said is the truth, then I will live a life where I do the least amount of harm, so it is a benefit to us all.

It was actually just tough talk. To be honest, I'm terrified of death. The few times I thought I was dying, I prayed that I would be kept alive for those that depended on me, but deep down, I'm sure I was only praying for self preservation which is our nature.

If you read the Gospel, you'll realize that Christ made it very difficult to get into heaven, but I also believe that what is said is righteous. I think it is righteous to love your enemies and take care of the poor. The problem is that so few of us have the discipline to be able to do the things that he said to do on a consistent basis. That's why I'm afraid of death.

With that said, would you prefer an alternative set of rules than those said by Christ? Do you know of anything superior?
