And repealing laws is expensive. I think that in Calgary you are eligible to get a horse when you get out of jail so that you leave town.
On the east coast there are laws about feeding workers lobster every day, you can't feed lobster to workers 7 days a week, they must have something else.

You don't use a dictionary, - you use a crystal ball. You get an Inspired rendition rather than translated. It's ok for Danish cartoonists to produce mocking cartoons about Islam ..the next bit about Justice is obscure, but then there is the idea that you cannot mock or offend anything Liberal. Again, this ongoing fundy beef with anything 'Liberal'. You simply do not get this outside the USA. Which may explain this idea - supporting gay rights etc. and keeping religion out of school and backing that up with legal rulings if seen here by hijc (unless my crystal ball is malfunctioning) as invoking laws against blaspheming the Liberal religion (satanic liberal atheist scientist Darwinism).
Canada now has a bill before Parliament that gets rid of Blasphemy laws. It also will be no longer illegal to challenge another to a duel and even more importantly it will no longer be illegal to pretend to perform witchcraft.
'Blasphemy' has about all the relevance of the ducking stool. It's the 21st century children.
