I could tell you but it would be like if you went to a convention of orange producers, and you heard a lecture from a farmer about what is an orange, how does it taste, etc, he could speak for years telling you everything about oranges, but even then the only way for you to know how does an orange taste and how does it look like would be by direct experience.

This said WHO IS WE? an eternal, omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient, infinite being with no beginning and no end, which is non-dual, indivisible, non-doer, non-enjoyer, unattached, without qualities, soundless, touchless, smell-less, formless, without life energy, without mind, without senses, unseen, truth, auspiciousness, good, beautiful, resplendent,
existence-knowledge-bliss, all-full, pure happiness, peaceful, all-pervading like ether, consciousness alone, pure, stainless, immovable,
beyond the reach of mind and speech, imperishable, steady, eternal, without attributes, supreme bliss, without form, all-full, knowledge and bliss, witness, seer, the fourth state, self-knowledge, bliss, existence-knowledge-bliss, self-luminous, eternal, formless, without qualities, superconsciousness, self, supreme self, consciousness,
full of light, pure, existence-knowledge-bliss, all-full self.

That said, have you ever felt an intense bliss that overwhelms you during meditation or intense devotional prayer/songs to that divine being which is nothing else but our eternal self? those are small glimpses of our true essence and of the divine ectasy felt by true devotion and deep meditation, which when felt constantly by the practice of an spiritual discipline allow you to deidentify yourself with ego and bodily consciousness and return from where you came from.

Love and Lighty!

I am sure it did happen. But eventually it did get leaked out that the earth was a sphere. So the church didn't kill everyone that disagreed with them. But saying that only the scientists that believed the earth was a sphere are the "real" ones is a big stretch.

And I am still waiting for my proof...

You didn't see "me" go on and on about "WE".. In fact I was disputing that some christians make their personal observations by assuming that the rest of the christians believe and uphold what they are saying..In my case that is not true..I think "We" is very mistaken by including all of "us" in their personal opinions..But, what do I know? I have been accused of not being a "Real" christian..I'm just "me"

I think this thread has become "retarded" and is completely off "the" origional topic "of" atheism in "general".

To argue over the "use" of specific words is just "dumb". It just shows that there isn't anything worth "arguing" over.

Argue over ideas please, not over the ways in which we try to express them in text, which is very bad at conveying ideas.

When you say dumb, do you mean... not able to speak, or what is being said is not intelligable or efficatious?

godspeed,

ahteist2,

You're way off base with your comments about blue.
Blue is the least judgmental and most open Christian on these boards!
