I'm an electrical engineer at the moment, I'm 2 1/2 weeks away from relocating to Maryland for a much better job in a completely unrelated field though. One where I won't have to double as a code monkey.
I worked for State Farm for 28 years till they laid me off in 2004.
After all of those years I hope you left with a pension or some form of compensation, that's a long time.

I own a carpet cleaning business that is doing pretty well...Been in business for over 4 years now. However, due to unforeseen financial woes, I went back to work at one of our local casinos in VIP Casino Marketing (make hotel reservations for the high rollers).
