I do not.
I can not even imagine a Being of such love and magnificence wanting
a goat sacrificed on this teeny, far off planet hidden amongst billions and billions of planets,
amongst billions of solar systems ...(What kind of sacrifice was it anyway?
People came to the market to buy animals just to sacrifice! Where's the sacrifice? Did they then eat the sacrifice or toss it? )
Another man-made concept?
Discuss...
Convince me that God needed a blood sacrifice...why would you personally think this...understanding that a verse from the Bible would convince no one.
Why do YOU think a magnificent, brilliant Spirit, unseen, maintaining billions of solar systems would need a goat killed - or a human. What sense does it even make?
And this is not to say I don't love and follow Jesus and His Father God.
I am not an atheist, by any means.
But this belief in blood letting to appease God is pretty 'out there'! Come on...
LOL, or penis parts removed. How absolutely absurd. They were savages, blood sacrifices and cutting off pecker skins for their God, is just what they did.

God had picked the Inuit as his chosen ones. They would have been sacrificing moose on the alter to please the nostrils of the Lord. Come on now folks, its a an ancient story, nothing more or less.
I don't think there are moose where the Inuit live. Depending on location, they depended (and some still depend) on caribou, seal, fish, and whales for their sustenance. And they would sacrifice little of it to their god(s). They had dogs to feed.

Circumcision is a common thing in tribal people, was not invented by the ancient Hebrews.
And it's bigotry to call tribal people savages. Although the word actually just means forest dwellers, it is meant as an insult.
The only thing primitive about tribal people was their technology. And since most of us have not invented any of the technology we use, we have no reason to feel superior to them.
We do not know the reasons for so-called primitive or "barbaric" practices such as circumcision or blood sacrifice. We just do not know. We are not justified in assuming we are superior for not doing those things.

What's primitive or barbaric about circumcision. These days it is done for reasons of health not religion.

Just taking blood sacrifice:
(circumcision was a spin off from the op)
I think I am wiser than people ages ago that thought slitting a goat's neck would make the
Creator happy.
Just as I believe I am wiser to know tossing a virgin into a volcano will not stop it from erupting.
We will have to disagree on this one, my friend!
