If it is not good news, then the person telling it got something wrong.... or the person hearing it did.

Never read where Mohammad claimed to be Jesus nor did he claim to be the alternative to Jesus...

Did Mohammad have a license to fly that horse?

Not dismissing the historical information in the article, but they are pretty mellow people.
And then they invite their conservative/fundamentalist family members and c/f Muslim friends to come in things get dark-age quickly.

Then again, "if they think it is good news, then the person telling might have gotten something wrong.... or the person hearing it did," works just as equally.

The Bible contains his thoughts and what we need to know.
The bible sure doesn't tell us all that we need to know, it tells us enough, but to a person bent on knowing God, the bible is not enough and could never be enough because understanding parts of the bible rely on things not written in the bible whether we speak of the Temple and it's comings and goings to all the Jewish idioms and things only Jews would know if they were raised to be a Rabbi.

The Koran speaks about Issachar being a merchant sailor in a boat upon the sea, and that Issachar is a man who has a million books that he never read.{Things the Koran knew that Christians SHOULD HAVE KNOWN and still don't know}

When Revelation is speaking about the merchant sailors in a boat upon the sea, it is speaking directly to the people who know the ancient story of Issachar and Zebulun being two merchants in a boat upon the seas. This ancient story was well known back in the day that Issachar is studying to be a priest and his brother Zebulun and he are merchant sailors to sell their wares in order to allow Issachar to study while Zebulun fishes.

If a Christian doesn't already know this story, when you read about Jesus standing upon the sands of the seas and Peter jumping from the boat, you would never know that the story is directly connected with the age old prophesies and the reason Zebulun and his brother are who they are....Revelation goes into this because of the fact that everyone knew this story, and everyone who would have read the story of Jesus asking Peter,'' Do You Love me,'' 3 times is because of the fact that he was speaking to Judah, Zebulun and Issachar in a symbolic gesture of body, soul, and spirit, Peter had just graduated, and that is the lesson to learn. It is why that story is told, and it is the reason Revelation is speaking of the merchant sailors and the creatures of the sea. If you are STILL in the Boat upon the sea, you have a long way to go before you get to Benjamin....

You could literally write a book about Zebulun, Issachar, and Judah from the story of Jesus and Peter at that fire, we watch Peter in a bad beginning but we see how he moves through each tribe crossing over from the North to the East to the South and victory in the west....

A lot is lost to where that if you really and truly want to understand the bible, you have to be willing to go into many sources, especially the Oral Torah.. You can half way figure out the design of the Tabernacle and of the Temple, but how things are done, you will never see in the bible. You wont know of the great and wonderful things the congregation does in their holy days and traditions and you wont know the Jewish idioms created through the duties of the priests and how things actually take place.

IF ANYONE wants to understand Revelation, you cannot do so just by looking in the bible. Revelation is written about the fall Holy days and what happens on Rosh Hashanah, and what happens on Rosh Hashanah is still hidden, even if you tell somebody what Rosh Hashanah is appointed for, they will not believe you because it is hidden, they cannot see it under any circumstances because it is hidden.

That is why it is called,'' Yom Hakeseh,'' the hidden day.

What is it appointed for? If anyone wants to understand Revelation, the bible alone wont even get you close.

The idea is that you live an humble life going to work everyday to support yourself at home where all your time is spent learning to be a priest and the two of your lives come to a finish where you jump from the boat and become food. '' Feed my people.'' ''Teach my people, you have graduated.''
