You're in bed. To what kind of music (if any) do you fall asleep?

Depends on what state of consciousness I am in at the time of going to bed. Sometimes I listen to an audio book, sometimes I listen to soft instrumental only music, sometimes I turn on a floor fan and the hum lulls me to sleep.
However I could never fall asleep listening to music with lyrics or fast thumping music. I typically listen to Steven Halpern or the Liquid Mind channel on Pandora to put me to sleep.

We have the TV on, usually HGTV with the timer set for an hour. It’s almost always repeats at that time. More often than not, it’s boring enough that we doze off within 10-15 minutes.
