Point of information old chap. Although Constantine made Christianity legal, it did not become the official religion of the Empire during Constantine's reign (306-337). It was Theodosius I that proclaimed Christianity as official religion of the Empire in 380 (edict of Thessalonica)

Very true. Constantine was the "resurrection" of the debacle called Christianity and Theodosius was the "ascension".

Three hundred years is like from the colonial times to now. Look at how vastly things have changed since then. Religion is no different. What Eusebius, Constantine's official liar for the new religion, came up with as the settled dogma for Christianity couldn't have looked anything like what Jesus taught, so exact is the nature of evolution playing itself out on church doctrine.
I’d say that 325 CE was when the trinity doctrine was solidified...

Using one to go back and prove when the bible was written is of no interest to me.

Although it would be interesting to see just exactly how christianity was invented and how it was forced upon people.

I think it would awaken a lot of minds.
That was my point...

Not according to Eusebius, who appears to have been not happy with the definition of the word transubstantiation.

The continuing disputes allowed the Trinity to be replaced with Arianism for around half a century.

The Arminianists hold to the trinity doctrine...Arminianism is a repackage of Palagianism...Pentecostals hold to Arminianism...

I just noticed that I misread “Arianism”...Sorry...
