In the case in Oregon, it never got that far. As soon as the bakery owner learned there were two brides, he refused to do business with them.

Which would mean it was a wedding he'd object to. He never had an issue with the people.

I see what you did there. That's called a "strawman argument". It would be nice if you'd be honest with us, but I've come to see that it simply won't happen.

No one is being a bigot. We just want to live life, and practice our religion.

Of course not. Racial discrimination is discrimination based on skin color and has been collectively viewed as wrong for decades.

No one is suggesting that Christians have a right to discriminate against gay people. There you go being dishonest again.
Nobody has told you that you can't practice your religion.

You can go to church, pray, conduct ceremonies, participate in rituals, observe feast days, meditate, wear religious symbols, read religious books, and display religious icons in your home. Which of these things is somebody trying to keep you from doing?

Weddings do not happen without people. The baker had provided cakes for weddings before, but would not so for this one. It is pretty obvious that the people involved were the reason.

That is bigoted, and supporting bigotry is not something we should do. I regret that you are ok with it.

He wasn't invited to the wedding.

That's not clear. If it was, he wouldn't have been sued. It was the ceremony, not the people.

This is unhelpful. It makes you look bad. It's a personal attack and as finn stated, there was once a time when this stuff wasn't allowed.

Yep. His job was to make cakes. He refused to do that. He wasn't invited to participate in the ceremony.

He was happy to make a cake. But he chose not to for the reason they asked.
