religion is actually an anchor for you.
Describes me to a T.
Thanks for the reminder.

My unreconciled conflict with religion kept me closer attached to religion than a church goer.
The church goes attends mass once and week and forgets all about it.
I fixated 24/7.

Railing against religion was a neat trick to sidestep the question of God.

Ego wants proof, its relying on our staying ignorant of the fact that God is unprovable and unfalsifiable.
Cannot be proven or disproven.

If a person persists insisting they want proof then they have set themself on a course in conflict with Truth.
In a nutshell, they're on the road to madness.

God cared enough to let me smack my head against the wall until I became teachable, free will and all that.

I beat myself into a state of reasonableness.

The Sovereign Living God through Jesus said ...``I am the Lord your God , which have brought you out of the land of Egypt , out of the house of bondage, You will have no other Gods before me ..... You will not make any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth ...... You will Not bow down yourself to them, nor serve them, For I the Lord am a jealous God, visiting the in iniquity of the father on the children on to the third and forth generation of them that Hate me ``................... See The Lord God said No to a different god, as even the Jewish people who turned their back on God, Then God handed the Jewish people over to their enemies the Babylonians, and never made it home until 80 years later, and then the Jewish people were occupied people of foreigners own their land for some 2448 years until 1948 , so God don't fool around

You know, you always make all of these assertions, and never contribute in any other substantial way. You must realize most people just see it as word salad, and similar to things you've repeated many times.
