we all judge phet. Get over it. now address where I am wrong or you feel the actual statement is incomplete.

I was simply addressing your statement where you said it's not about judging and then you judged.

what does the extreme "open minded" look like?

and ... you brought up a big difference. And I think its important that you realize this. In science, when we question your belief we are not judging you as "lessor". Heck, most people in science would get a shirt that says ...

"stand back ... I m about to make another mistake."

That might be the problem ukr, This is about learning for me not judging. everybody is the same in my view. The only two types of people I would even say it looks like I look down on are militant atheist and fundy theist. Its not even that they are lessor, I see them as sick.

Thank you. At least, I understood half of it.

1. why don't we drop the term "extreme" from this conversation?
2. you simply repeated what I said before - closed mind is binary mind. Black or white thinking.

3. open mind. It is exactly opposite to closed mind. It has no judgement. No prejudice. No opinion. No argument. Not even desire to consider anything of that nature. It is very humble. In manner of speech, it is a child mind. Child accepts everything, as it is, with awe and consent. It is not bothered with me and them. Mine vs theirs. Everything IS.
Sorry, you lost me for the rest of your post.

I'm not sure I agree with that "definition" about "open mind".

I have formed opinions about (for example) christianity. If I'm provided with convincing evidence, I'll change those opinions.

Thats not "open minded", thats wishy washy. whats the fancy word for wishy washy?

you get the rest of the post. I have faith in you.

Humble speech ... thats not the definition. one can be loud and thumpy and still be open minded.

I have seen soft spoken, well manored, steel pots minds.

oh, you might want to address what the post said then. and not how you feel about it.

Like I say "you are sick, get some rest." I am not judging the person as lessor. I treat mental illness the way I treat any other illness. dump the stigma phet ... its left over from an age where they didn't understand.

I wish it was that simple.

The rational people bought into "just don't slow us down, we have the same goal."

poof ... look at our two candidates. Nether of them represent us, as a whole.

I failed.
I can't do better.
