I have to say, every iota of confusion I ever had about who or what god is or was evaporated the instant I abandoned the Roman Catholic Church and became an agnostic/atheist.
Now, I clearly and fully understand that there is no god, never was and never will be, and all falls into crystal clarity and razor-sharp focus now.
Perhaps, one day, god-willing, you will achieve that same state.
The problem with that is that I have already had an encounter with the consciousness that is God and it erased my atheism instantly. It has no chance of coming back!

I'm so sorry to hear that. It condemns you to a life of tail-chasing trying to put square religious pegs into the round holes of reality.
We are in a belief forum that should be focusing on how use that information to form beliefs instead of focusing on telling us how bad religion is. Or worrying about how we say things so theist don't use it.
The simple fact that some people think to themselves "I don't want to talk about that because some theist will be so overbearing about it" means that the belief we are part of a larger more complex system is reliable.
Avoiding talking about things that don't help some atheist fight against religion is not about belief, not at all.
Pantheism makes some sense. So much sense it has to be avoided.
Some people are now focusing on "none's" and not beliefs.
Because most "none's" believe in stuff. Like we ar part of something bigger.
That "something bigger" (along with the smaller), in totality (ALL), is the God I perceive and revere.
That (ALL) is the "God" of Pantheism and Pantheistic concepts.
It is a very generic Theology, but a completely reasonable Religious Ideology, in that it provides for a God Entity that objectively exists.
Which is why the Anti God/Religion Crew must dismiss it at all costs.

Yuppers ... its that simple ...
That why some atheist here run away and call it a strawman.
lmao ... yeah, we aint recovering and scarred ...
so anything outside of their recovery and revenge ...
is a strawman.
Thats why its shunned, mocked, and when need be attacked.
Actually, it involves rounding off the square corners of religious pegs so they fit in the round holes of Reality.
Yup ...
looking at things that comport with observation trumps belief based on a feeling. Some atheist and theist need to practice self control. Reality may not be what they want it to be. It is what it is.
The Supreme/Ultimate Reality (God) is just One Thing...comprised of anything & everything in totality, animate & inanimate.
