But if there were millions of intelligent life on other planets then we wouldn't be so unique, Earth wouldn't be so unique as described in the Bible.
That could be true...but how would we know about that . Maybe other planets also have unique relationships with God....we'd have no way of knowing that. Only God has that knowledge.
And he did. When the "sons of God" got together with the "daughters of man" and created the Nephilim he sent a great flood so he did intervene.
One can take the "sons of God" literally and think of the Fallen Angels.
One can also take the "sons of God" figuratively and think of beings from the sky (aliens).

Its interesting that the verse specifically says the Nephilim were here after the flood, and not referring to the Nephilims offspring, (they have a different name)...of course, its strange that these beings were even able to reproduce and create offspring! I cannot imagine why God would allow that.
Right there in the beginning of your Bible. It CLEARLY states that Earth came into existence on the first day of Creation (Genesis 1:1). God withheld the creation of the Sun, Moon and stars until the fourth day (Genesis 1:14-19)
If you read it in the Hebrew, you’ll see that the words employed indicate that G-d created everything on the first day and throughout the remainder of days, ‘placed or positioned’ all that He had created into their proper places...

Either we are the only ones in this universe and the earth and humans are unique or the universe has millions of intelligent life throughout and thus we are not unique. The concept is simple. Other intelligent life having unique relationships with God does not make us unique.
G 1 by no means refers to Earth, as planet. Also, I do not appreciate "your bible" as I am not Christian and do not follow any religion.
G 1 refers to simply creation of something ethereal and something firm. In Slavic bible translation, instead of earth (not capital Earth) the word "tverd' " or firmness, is used.
It simply describes separation of great void, god was in, into two parts, that gave beginning to the rest of creation. In biblical ways, of course.

No, I don't interpret it that way. It says he created Earth, light and day and then created the Sun, Moon and stars. Regardess of how you interpret the verses Earth is shown to be unique.

God only helps humans because we are not as advanced? Not a very plausible explanation. If intelligent life exists either God doesn't exist at all or a creator exists but the Christian God does not exist.
