From start to end and again from start to end and again from start to end. Endlessly. This is the punishment Islam says. Having the same suicide pain but this time, it is ENDLESSLY since you don't die any more. You keep having the same action ENDLESSLY and suffer its pain ENDLESSLY.

Hoe about chrisitinity? Does christinity say the same or different for those who commit suicide?
There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ. Sin cannot condemn the child of God, because Jesus Christ died for our sins. His blood cleanses us from all unrighteousness. We will still be with God in glory forever.

But if you're not in Christ, then you will go to hell forever, regardless of how you die.

Okay. May you have it in spades. (Seems like an odd thing to "deserve" to me).

That's what I was thinking.

Thinking about suicide and punishment, who was it in the OT who fell upon his own sword to avoid capture in the face of defeat in battle?

Which raises another question, when going into battle, one expects to get killed. How is that different to suicide? Not only that but one goes into battle expecting to (or hoping to) kill someone. More than one preferably.

Please tell us how a person can ' go to hell forever ' when in Scripture biblical hell ends up empty in ' second death '______
After everyone in the Bible's hell is ' delivered up ' ( meaning resurrected out of hell/ biblical grave ) then emptied-out hell is cast vacant into that symbolic ' second death ' for vacated hell - Revelation 21:8; 20:13-14.

I find Scripture teaches that the wicked will be ' destroyed forever ' ( No forever hell ) - see Psalms 92:7; 104:35; 145:20.

Ehud - Judges 3:21-25; Saul - 1st Chronicles 10:4

When we come to the time of Christ, we find Jesus taught to be neutral in world affairs ( war, etc. )
Jesus and his followers did Not even get involved in the issues of the day between the Jews and Romans.
False clergy are in the political bed with earth's rulers.
False clergy have used the pulpit as a recruiting station so that parents will sacrifice their sons on the Altar of War as if that is the same thing as the Altar of God ( which it is Not ).

Soon, the political will turn on the religious and this will prove to be the precursor to the coming great tribulation of Rev. 7:14,9 before Jesus, as Prince of Peace, will usher in global Peace on Earth among persons of goodwill.

It's always so welcome to have you preach to atheists. I'm sure there is a 100% conversion rate.

Point of clarification: There is little need to usher in peace among people of Goodwill. It is the people of Badwill that need the intervention so how does that work?

Revelation 14:9-11:

9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
