No. It's human, not to say humanist, morality. That what even the religious believers use to evaluate the good or bad in the Bible (at least) and credit to good to God and blame the bad on someone else. We all (other than the 'God can do as he likes' apologists) do it using human moral codes, why shouldn't he?

at least he is open and honest about his belief.

Some keep it hidden to keep intentions hidden. They know that when the intentions are out in the light it weakens their position. Life gets unfair when people base a world view on that. It causes far more suffering than being open and honest.

I'm no fan of his posts and have criticized them often, but really each person does get to define what is fair or not fair. It's a value judgement, and people obviously aren't going to agree on "fairness".

No, Petunia. I try to get atheists to realize there can be no default.

My personal hypothesis is about God. My beliefs are about God. How on earth can they be off-topic in the R&S forum where everyone applies their beliefs about God to the topics????

And that is not appropriate as a comment in every thread. For example, this one.

Fairness is intrinsic to goodness.

Either gods aren't good, or they just plain aren't (don't exist).
"Good" is subjective.
