And apparently, they weren't bestowed by a god or listed in a "holy" book.
Oliver Scott Curry, a senior researcher at Oxford's Institute for Cognitive and Evolutionary Anthropology, studied ethnographic accounts of ethics from 60 societies, across over 600 sources and published his findings in 2019.
The universal rules of morality are:
1.- Help your family
2.- Help your group
3.- Return favours
4.- Be brave
5.- Defer to superiors
6.- Divide resources fairly
7.- Respect others' property
He and his team found that these seven cooperative behaviors were considered morally good in 99.9% of cases across cultures.
I can only quibble with #5. Titles and/or net worth don't automatically indicate superiority.

Good set of morals and goals listed there. We tend to complicate life, but what really counts can often be summed up easily.
Maybe #5 is along the lines of respecting elders. We certainly had that with the former occupants of what we call America. Wise, decent folk who we could still learn a lot from.

Then there are many people who would disagree who abide in lawlessness where morals would be 180 degrees from the humane morals, or the morals of the OP would work both for people in the dark ideas of culture and people of good ideas of culture with different outcome .................. When people turn and are converted to the Spirit of God through Christ many morals of the world are rejected to the morals by the rules God would give through His Spirit, like converts are called to let go of pride and hate, and selfishness and indifference which would be good morals
