I think what is important is, "if" Jesus did not eat meat, he still did the following:
-Never condemned anyone for eating meat
-Never instructed others to not eat meat
We are free as humans to choose our own path without condemnation. I choose vegetarianism, because I am broadly pro-Life, but that doesn't make me better or worse than meat eaters.
Eating the Passover is the law, Jesus fulfilled that law every year.
If somebody wants to stop eating meat, fine, but dont be trying to put it on Jesus, Jesus was a Jew who attended all the feasts of meat, and he obeyed God by eating meat. He obeyed his culture, tradition and heritage.
It is just flat out silly to involved Jesus in this thing.
Luke
15And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer: 16For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God. 17And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it.
Paul tells us to also keep this feast.
Not that Paul's word matters in the least, certainly Jesus said we should all keep the Passover and remember why we do.
