"pre" simply means "before". "supposition" simply means "belief".
There is so much in life that is not and cannot be proven. But any suppositions that we have are really just conclusions we have come to.

On the one hand we have a POTUS who makes deGrasse look like a choir boy by comparison when it comes to sexual misconduct. This can be entirely excused by supporters, and here too we have people who can't consider all that deGrasse explains for reasons like this. I wonder if it's people's agenda that establishes who is who in these respects. A little confirmation bias perhaps?
