I will not debate the quality diversity in University degrees, Phet. That is unavoidable in human systems, but what I said is true for those Ph.D. programs that legitimately apply the qualification standards.

Nonsequitur. There are many types of doctorates and I am quite capable of ascertaining the intellectual capabilities of those I am conversing with.
