Do you REMEMBER what TIME you ate, shower, drink, or night you fell asleep 26 years AGO??? The exact time, day. and hour??? I do not and i expect everyone here not either. But we do remember what we ate, drink, and slept yesterday.
This is just a daily reminder that ONLY the PRESENT MOMENT is REAL. As the TIME passes the present FADES away into NOTHING. Live your life and do not beat yourself up over nothing everybody.

Well, Einstein, as well as many other physicists (in fact, the dominant view in physics, though not a consensus), believe that we live in a block universe and that the past, present, and future all exist eternally-that the past, present, and future are all equally real and exist all at once. It's just that from our perspective we can only see the present. This is called eternalism. But yeah, live your life and don't beat yourself up over nothing. Always good advice.

I think you're just describing how human memory works. That says nothing about what's real.
You are right though in the sense that the present moment is all we have to work with / exist in, and any great amount of fixating on the past or future is unproductive and just produces regret, disappointment or, regarding the future, generally anxiety.
I consider whatever went wrong in my past as a sunk cost. I focus on the present and work toward the future. As I age, there's not as much future left anyway, so increasingly I'm a creature of the present.

If you are suggesting we should "live in the now," I am certainly with you! Also "live like you mean it" while there. Otherwise your comment reminds me of memory loss due to drinking, and how I have never gone to bed with an ugly woman. I've waken up with a few however...
Do anybody remember what they exactly did at 2:19pm Monday??? This is a example of present becoming nothing.
