This is strange question.
We don't use to do the tests to make the predictions.
We make predictions and then experimentally test outcomes.

What do you use to make the predictions and what do you use to make experimental tests?

Whatever it is your are trying to figure out. For example, if Christianity really produced the "fruitage of the Spirit" that should show up in its members. Christians are no better at that than anyone else.

You're not being understood. If you try and example that might help otherwise you're just going to keep getting information on how to problem solve.

We already have an example. The hard problem of Consciousness, the awareness that we know stuff. It is a hard problem because we dont know what kind of measuring and testing device would do the job. We only know we know. But we dont know what it is.

Are you saying if consciousness actually exists or what it is?

I don’t see how my question is not being understood.

The answer is our minds, or brains if you prefer.

Everything write, speak, understand, every thing we creat and every thought we have come from our minds.

So why is it so many deny a mind being behind everything, when it is behind everything we write, speak, understand, create and every thought we have?

Prediction comes from the hypothesis you form.

To make test is to come up with a procedure that either confirms or rejects your prediction.

And where did you get the hypothesis from? Answer your mind
